A little information....

The Chef thought that I should explain why my second blog was lobster. Dylan, our little chef, insisted on buying one so James gave in to his request. He was not cooked that evening though and after a couple of days, his time was up so it needed to be done. I would like to think that I am that ambitious, but I need the push to keep learning because for me, I really just like it when James cooks-ha.
